		<description>Nature abhors a vacuum, the empty mind will soon fill with thoughts. Just as clouds float past, so the zazen practitioner should allow thoughts to gently come, be acknowledged without attachment, and allowed to drift on by. 

At least that is what I read somewhere :)</description>
