The King in Yellow

Author Robert Chambers created the fiction play The King in Yellow in his Lovecraftian story of the same title. The play is ineffably hideous, something so bland, dull, corrupt, vile and perverted that to read the script or watch a performance is to go utterly mad. Many victims of the King in Yellow become cultists of the horrible entity of the same name, devoted to sewing madness and horror.

After many decades, it seems that Microsoft have finally managed to record a performance of the King in Yellow and release it on You Tube.

You have been warned.

EDIT:

It seems that my warnings were too slow.

Zalgo.

He comes.

Zalgo7. He Comes.

Zalgo7. He Comes.

Thank you for the warning, Dave C.

Magnificent! Thank you, Dave. Gave me a long, much-needed laugh this morning :)

I don’t know what’s scarier… the send up, or the actual video.

Someone please feel free to shoot me in the head the day I decide to host a party for the launch of a new operating system!

Loved the quote in the video, “You should install Windows 7 a couple of days before the party.”. Why? So you can spend those two days trying to recover your data/get to a login screen/get your peripherals to work with your pc/etc.?

    Waaah…..
